Padala Information SystemFor our Filipino crew we want to offer a new modern way for families to trace their Padala through our website, similar to courier tracking. Families will get a login and password. After log-on, families can view the next date of crew dispatch to the ship. Families can then send Padala to our office in time. Through our website, Padala can be traced from the time received in our office until the time it reached onboard.

JOB SECURITY & CAREER PLANNINGThe Company is expanding and we are expecting a number of new ships under our management. We constantly require qualified applicants. Our Seafarers enjoy a long term career planning. If you constantly demonstrate your abilities, a promotion to the next higher rank is almost guaranteed.
The Company will actively support you for obtaining your higher license and will introduce you to a higher position during your shipboard assignment.
FLEXIBLE ALLOTMENTS......every month, according to family needs, e.g. kids school tuition fee payment season.
Filipino crew onboard every middle of the month nominates the amount to be sent per bank / allotment account. Amount must be covered by balance of wages. The aim is to reduce onboard cash advances, Final Wages, and expensive Cash-to-Master. No extra shore leave is necessary to send cash money home, so shore leave is purely for relaxation. No money transfer expenses. No un-insured unsafe hand-carry of cash back to the Philippines.
Crew onboard can change their allotment amount every month, according to their family needs and balance of wages.
In order to avoid high wages balance or final balances, self-allotment should always be high. Minimum allotment amount should be 80% of basic wages in the local currency.
Due to this system, there is no "Special Allotment" or "Pay Onboard" necessary.
Also, the Company has a procedure for Family Emergency Cash Advance.
ON-TIME ALLOTMENTSWe are very much aware that Seafarers' family need to receive their monthly allotments on time. Crew can have unlimited number of allotment accounts at any bank, in Philippine Peso or US Dollar currency. We get up to date exchange rates directly from Treasury of Banco de Oro (BDO). We use BDO for allotment distribution, as they have the largest branch network in the Philippines and a shipping company dedicated online Remittance system.
Automated Payslips and SMS notifications are sent to designated email addresses and cellphone numbers.
No "miscellaneous" deductions.
ALLOTMENT INQUIRIESInquiries regarding allotments are promptly addressed by the Company. Please take note that we can answer inquiries only to allottees assigned by the Seafarer on the Allotment Form, thus proper identification is necessary, in order to protect our Seafarer's hard earned money.
EMERGENCY CASH ADVANCEIf families require emergency funds, the Company will help. However, it is mandatory that the Seafarer onboard has authorized the Company to pay an emergency cash advance, and the authorization is routed through the Master. The Company will then verify the nature of the emergency and reserves the right to approve or deny the request.
CASH ADVANCE ONBOARDCrew can receive cash advance onboard, which should be used for shore leave only. The Company does not allow stocking of cash in cabin, or sending cash home through offsigning crew. Also, we aim to reduce Final Wages paid out in cash onboard, as money is not insured during travel home.
CREW / FAMILY MAILFamilies can drop their letters and packages / Padala (contents and size are subject to Company's policy) at the office for free forwarding to the respective crew onboard our ships.
Padala should not include excessive grocery items.
RECOMMENDATION OF A RELATIVEOur Company is always in need of good and qualified Seafarers. For the reason of fair and equal treatment, the recommended relative will be screened just like any other applicant. If he/she meets the criteria set by our Company and our Employers, we are happy to offer a shipboard vacancy.
No Seafarer is in a position to enforce upon the Company the hiring of an unqualified relative.

All electrical equipment is connected through power strips, that are switched off after office hours. We are able to cut our electricity consumption to half of the office's previous tenant.
SAVE PAPERAll "Crew Personal Files" are computerized and no unneccesary photocopies or paper files are kept. Scanning and electronic filing replaced photocopying. We have a strict and efficient system back-up and emergency evacuation plan to prevent loss of data. No unnecessary printing -use of scratch paper for draft printing.
ZERO WASTE PRINCIPLESOne-way packaging is avoided at the source, e.g. while shopping. For shopping and purchasing, reusable bags are used, and no plastic bags are accepted from the store. Remaining trash is separated and brought to recyle dealers.
